A new fad or something else?

I went to a party last month and everyone was wearing colored glowstick bracelets. It turned out the white stick signified Oral. The Blue stick signified you were a Top and the Yellow signified you were a Bottom. Some had only one, some had two, and some had all three.

Is this a new fad or have others seen this and I just missed it?
