In exchange for becoming an admin you get complete unrestricted access to the site and all it's features for as long as you remain an admin.

We have just hit 4,000 members. The site is growing. The site does many things well and some things not so well.

Sometimes we are swamped and don't get back to people right away when they have tech problems. Sometimes people can't figure things out on the site and we don't get back to them right away. Mostly people have problems with photos and videos.

We throw awesome parties! The site is filled with real people.

Techinically, when the site works well it works well. But when there are problems we could do a much better job helping people and fixing things faster.

We also need to utilize the membership more. There are lots of people who want to help out but I get so overwhelmed sometimes that I don't even know what to tell people to do to help. We have 4,000 members and there are many that would love to be more involved if we just tell them how and what we need.

Here are some of the ways we are hoping admins can help:

Write FAQ's
Just simple question and answers about EVERYTHING related to this site.

Give Members Tech Support
When I get an -mail, hopefully I can forward it to an admin or we can let the members know they can send questions to admins.

Write tutorials on how best to use the site.
There are so many features on the site members don't know about cause they haven't clicked around so it would be great if an admin were to write tutorials in this manner : Did you know you can make a group and your group members can contact one another by broadcasting messages to each other? Here's how, etc.

Monitor the site and alert  us when someone should be upgraded.
We have a new program where we upgrade people if they do certain things; upload lots of videos, photos, blogs, etc. We want the site to stay extremely active with content and we want to reward those members that upload lots of content. For a list of ways people can be upgraded, go here:

Help us with tech problems.
We are also looking for smart people willing to research and help us solve problems. If you write to us we will tell you how can you help us to solve tech problems. We want this site to be amazing and since we did our software upgrade we've had multiple problems. They are all fixable but it takes time and knowledge and sometimes our freelancers don't get back to us right away.

Greet new members and welcome them to the site!
This is an important thing to do for the site to let new members know we are very real and it is a site filled with real people. Encourage new members to add photos, videos etc.

Help us grow the site.
We are incredibly open to suggestions so if you have any ideas let us know and let's discuss them.

There is room and a need on this site for anyone who wants to help.
